3 yoe in Backend, switching in Chennai

I'm a northie and have 3yoe in backend. I'm in a peodict based company, but I'll have to relocate to chennai in 5 months for personal reasons. If my current company does not give wfh, I'll have to switch. Any good product based companies or wfh? I've heard from friends companies in Chennai give promotions or good hikes to only localites.
