I’ve been working as a functional consultant for the past three years and want to transition into a technical role, specifically in the cloud domain. However, I haven’t received any promotions or salary hikes during my time at Oracle, which has left me feeling discouraged about how I’ve spent these years.

Seeing others with similar experience advancing in their careers makes me feel stressed—not out of jealousy, but because I recognize that I haven’t upskilled during this time. I regret spending so much of my prime years unproductively, and I want to change that. I’d appreciate guidance on where to start and what opportunities to explore in cloud computing.
