3 week leave in tcs
Can I take 3 weeks to continuously leave in tcs in October due to personal issues and festive season.?
You will be in fluidity listvsure you have given them the reason
Don't. Not a good time to come in the radar of management for any frivolous reasons.

I have already applied 16 days leave starting mid week Oct. and its approved. It depends on you manager.
My managers like to sit , they even not even technical even not able to handle client what I can expect with them

I checked with my manager and he said that there is no policy for 3 week leave however he can manage for 10 days

There is nothing official. Earned leaves are based on approval unlike Sick leave. So everything depends on the manager. Generally for marriage people get 3 weeks of leaves or any medical emergency
