3 types of fluidity lists

came to know yesterday from a senior. there are 3 types of fluidity lists.

  1. normal release lists at BG level - project completions, associate aspirations, ramp down. Can be deployed without any approvals.

  2. senior fluidity - this is the main one targeted for layoff. Hand picked, have to go through multiple reviews with HR, RMG, some panel before they can be deployed if they are getting any projects.

  3. Slack fluidity - this is similar to the first one but the source is optimization done in SLM WONs to increase realisation and reduce slack. Can be deployed without any approvals.

Only thing I am hearing about list 2 is that there are many parameters set by corporate plus accounts have selected few. when i say accounts, it's coming from top like delivery head or isu head... more criteria are how many times associate changed projects.in last 3 yrs, last 5 bands, these are all seniors only c3a and above... rto non-compliance even less than 1 hrs in office etc.

but it's not impossible for them to get projects..we took 2 associates from fluidity list after fighting with rmg... because they cleared customer interview in T&M position

You need to go with premium cost for TM and make a case speak with sub isu head, it will work. Coperate driven fluidity list is based on analytics , you need to prove that system is wrong.

This is actually true, most probably. Because I saw few people Even though C3Bs and C4s were able to get deployed. But 31 July and Aug 1st week fluidity people did not get approval to be deployed
