Company like infosys already tracking swipe in and swipe out and nothing the attendance. They even noting down the time spent in office. Likewise, it is not difficult for Accenture too ig.

it is very simple. Accenture internet network is enough to track every employee Whether they in Accenture network or public network

I heard from my Project manager that they will be tracking at project level as well. So in case you don’t get noticed but your manager will have all the track. And as for timing I don’t think right from starting they will be so strict

Of course it is tracked. In automated way. Reports are generated. It's a safety protocol as well. The workplace team always keeps a track of number of people in office at any given point of time, even floor wise. This is needed for fire safety.
So each swipe instance is captured

Bro it's all automated, think like whenever you swipe in/out there would be a record/log created. They'll just share this log entries to hr and hr to ur managers that's all...

Bro, they used to track it manually before covid. 💪 It's not that hard.
