Trending @Accenture; 3 months WFH = 3 months LOP.

Today i asked my manager for 3 Months WFH. My manager called for a meeting with a level 6 person and suggested LOP for 3 months and resume to work.

The worst part is those who are close (Pets) to a manager can get leave and WFH all the time with higher shift allowance. Those who work hard and ask WFH for genuine reason will be asked to take 3 months LOP 🤬
