3 months notice period
Hi everyone, we have 3 months of notice period in tcs. I have an offer from another organization that wants me to join in a month. Can we reduce the notice or something?

you can try to negotiate with ur manager to reduce the notice period. sometimes they agree if u have a good reason or offer to buy out the notice period. but it's not guaranteed. good luck! 😎
