3 month's notice period

If we have 3 months notice period and other companies want immediate joiners or less than 1 month is this the right to switch and search with 3 months notice period?

I am getting calls from the recruitment team but my notice period is 3 months & I'm not serving it. But companies require a person who can join in a month or 2 months.

What should i do How should I handle a 3 month notice period.

Why notice perioda are 3 months in most MNC's ??? How to reduce this to 2 months or to 1 month???
