Trending @Infosys; 3 months notice + Resignation
Hi Guys,
I’m trying for a job & not getting any calls due to 3 months notice & planning to put down paper please suggest is it right decision or if don’t get job can I withdraw my resignation? Will HR accept this it’s there any possibility???
Thanks in advance

Yeah if you are well prepared yeah. No if you are not prepared. I am currently serving notice period. In my last month of notice. I am getting average like 2-3 calls every day. Atleast 2 interviews scheduled weekly. Even though i am not actively applying (like literally i haven't applied for like 2 to 3 weeks)for it as i got a good offer from a product company. But just trying interviews when they call. But yeah you have to wait for ur notice period to be 1 month or less for most part as i also didn't receive many calls in 2nd month

Target companies like TCS, Accenture. These are the only ones that will wait for 3 months.
Secondly, if you don’t have financial dependencies and you feel that you are prepared, take a risk.
Make sure you are having a good ATS score, in my experience, using Harvard resume format to create resume and having your skills bold will help you land a switch quickly.
Also, experience between 3-5 would make high chances that you’ll get a call. If your exp is around 2.5, I’d suggest prepare well for next few months till you get a good hold.
Just to know if you are prepared or not, update your NP to 1 month and attend interviews, this will give you a reality check if you are really ready or not

How do you get calls. Please give me tips

Do not put your paper down without having something in hand .

Thank you buddy. 👍
