3 days for LWD, Accenture is offering L1B for USA as a person in US resigned. Have offer from Deloitte USI for 21.5lpa. Stay or Move?

3 days remaining and Accenture is willing to provide GCP role. Suggestions please.

My profile: CCTC:13.5LPA Role: Full Stack Engineering Specialist YoE: 4.3

New offer Org: Deloitte USI CTC : 19Fixed + 50k JB + 1.9 variable ~ 21.5LPA

a person from onshore team resigned in US and my managers have put my name for GCP to transfer me to US on l1b. I am just concerned about the probability of visa approval and if rejected will have to stay back in Accenture for less salary and work on nights

Stay in Accenture for L1B
Move on to Deloitte USI

Take the new job, don't worry much. Pay you will get on moving to us would be low ball plus visa rejection rate is high. Why worry so much , you resigned for a reason?

It’s just all tactics to retain without increasing pay, when I resigned, same opportunity was given to me in Infosys and I had other offers, thank god I did not stay.

L1B rejection rate is very high

No. Stay only if they increase the ctc here, at least they should match it. Visa thing can be taken as a Bonus, since it is uncertain.

Again, it all depends on your risk taking ability. If you are willing to take high risks, then negotiate with Accenture for a slightly higher salary (say 17-18 CTC) since you will not be moving to the US immediately.

L1B process is quick as both Accenture and client folks have agreed. Issue is l1b rejection rates are high and if rejected I'll be stuck in Accenture for atleast 1 year.
