I have 3 times consecutive 5 star rating so what 😑 nothing will change

I got 3 consecutive 5 ratings... But I got a default rating due to the SA promotion.

This year average rating (3) should get 100% variable pay as per the video uploaded on onecognizant site (2025: Our year of leadership and execution) In that video ravi said since 2018, 100% variable pay was not given to average rating. So i think 3 rating should get 100%, not sure about 4 and 5 rating.
