Trending @Accenture; 3.6 Years at Accenture, No Promotion – Should I Resign Now?
Hi All, I’ve been working at Accenture for 3.6 years as a frontend developer (Angular/React) but haven’t received a promotion, so I’m planning to resign. Before I take the step, I’d like to know:
How is the current job market for frontend developers in India?
Are mid-level opportunities available or is the market slow?
Would adding Python/GenAI skills improve my chances?
In front end development GenAI is very useful, regarding resignation I would suggest better do wait and watch, news sentiments are bad, anytime layoffs can start.
Don't resign without a job offer in hand even though you spent 6 years in the same position just hang in there. You cannot bear the pain if you don't get any offer post leaving the current job until unless you have plan B
It is based on the project also. If your project dont have any seniors members then you have to be in the same level. Better you can move to some other account or switch the company.
