3.41 ipf I got even after hardwork
What band can I expect for this as I worked hard in the project still got this rating with negative comments that bloody manager is assisinating my character
I'm a Delivery Manager and there is a range of IPF decided within each unit to distribute the bands accordingly. For my unit it was decided 4.2 and above - A 4.0 to 4.15 - B 3.7 to 3.9 - C The range that you see missing is reserved for people for whom the final band is not decided. Example i have two A deserving people but can give A to only 1 due to curve fitting then I'll give 4.25 IPF to person i want to give A and 4.16 or 4.17 to whom i can either give A or B
Seeing your IPF it does seem really low. Even if your unit follows any other range this would still be considered low.
You may want to connect with your Manager and understand what is the reason for this rating. Also speak with Reviewer and say that you are not satisfied with the ratings

For me 3.3
Bro if project is dependent on you .. shut down your laptop and take sick off by telling mentally not fit.
With 3.41 tou will get C band for sure .. but if they want, can give B still
Bands and rating is given at the same time, or they decides band later? Since it's showing 21st feb today the appraisal will be closed
IPF rating depends on your manager and TL i could see many people getting A band without performing major activities and Area feeling. There is also too much partiality in some of the projects .
So the bands are predecided by the managers??
In my account that would be a D band.
For how many years ita promotion will be done?
