Nowhere it is mentioned that QVA will be proportional to time in office. Do not spread just because you "heard" it.
This isn't going to happen as it will trigger higher attrition rate that will become uncontrollable.

Nothing to worry right now, bcoz it was not officially communied and neither is tracked in 2Office app right now. But as per my experience being here, never say not possible anyway in future.
