2Office Issue

Hi i was instructed to come to office 5 days a week from December 2023 and have been doing the same till now. My issue is I have attended office Last friday but in 2office its showing Not attended

I have waited for 3 days for bms reconcilliation and raised ticket also but no use any idea how to proceed? My HRs are very strict regarding this as seats were assigned
