2office impacts delivery

I’ve observed a decrease in my productivity due to the office travel all 5 days in week. It takes more than an hour to reach office. But client doesn’t care from wherever you work, instead work needs to be completed. Hr or Manger doesn’t understand this. How should I handle this situation ?
