Do anyone know how the working hours in 2Office is being calculated ?
No. of days at office/Total working days in the month gives the WFO index % for the month. (Note that At Office=WFO exception=leave)
But how do they calculate the hours ? Like 0-3 hrs or 3-5 hrs etc...
Its like 5% deduction for each no show, you can compensate your no show if you puch in weekends
Will it work ? .For eg .If I took 5 no shows and I swiped in the during weekends for 5 days to compensate. Then can I make my WFO index =100%
