2Office App Updates tracking Hours?
Now Hours been Tracked or what ? New Update of 2Office has come. I only go for 3-4 Days in a week. For 1-2 Hours. Till now I had been 100% Compliance. Does this means Jan & Feb I will not be compliant & get reduced QVA and we have Appraisal also. Can any PM on this platform help /clarify please.

No one knows how it will impact. They added hours that means they are going to track and also use it for qva, appraisal and promotion. From last year, TCS has been asking everyone to work from the office
