2Office 9 hours Mandatory
HRs are planning to make 9 hours Mandatory, I don't know why we need to spend 9 hours when we do work on time.
This will impact mental health too.
Aa per existing policy, it is already 9 hours mandatory. Right now , they have full data as well in 2 office. Just that it is currently not being chased by HR, rather by project only. if anyday they want to chase , they have full data to ask train from anyone defaulting than the existing policy
If they want us to work straight 9 hours from office then no need to attend calls from home after the 9 hours are completed and they should provide us with overtime if they want us to work from home also
That's the policy dude. You should be in the office for 9 hours whether you've work or not
These HRs themselves are mostly aunties who have nothing to do at home since their maid takes care of everything, including their husbands as well. So they want everyone else in the office as well.
Where is all this coming from? While it is fair to ask people to be in office for min 5 hrs, it sounds unlikely that there will be repercussions for 9hrs not being followed
Omg!! I never went in July!!
Why , just keep mum nothing is going to , no one can say 9 hrs if they do it will be last nail on coffin.
