2nd year anniversary compensation change

Hi, I have completed my second year here, however I haven't received the mail for compensation change yet. My friends who joined with me got the same. In this case what should I do?

If you have joined in May 2023, before May 2024 you should complete your First Anniversary by checking with your manager and you will get First Anniversary letter.

After that you too will come under the Actual Appraisal cycle like others.

In my case. I have received my 3rd year annual compensation in Apr. But, I wasn't received my 3rd year completion compensation. So, I raised my concern with HR. She sent a mail to Talent development team. So, Yesterday I received my compensation
