Trending @Cognizant; 2nd warning mail recvd on bench, but without any extension date. Plz help
Applied so many jobs but most of them gets rejected saying - not screened rejected - no action from hm It's 45 days and still on bench and no project allocated. And received this 2nd warning letter without any extension date. Kindly help me to understand this. Will they terminate job?
@CurlyBunkhouse you hardly have 5 days now Same happened with me HR scheduled the face to face meeting right after three days of the mail but I forcefully stretched it to 5 days but no use
So let’s say for eg HR contacted you on 17th July and you put resign on 19th July even thought your resignation date is 19th still on the portal it will show as 17th and you will be released on 20th
And if you not clear things from your side then your icard will be suspended automatically and things will Get complicated. Because I tried so.
So that happened with me maybe other people have different experiences
Have you started looking outside? Most probably they will ask you to resign after some days. So, you should be prepared
😒😞😞 they don't provide any projects in TMP portal. All are getting rejected automatically.
If they ask to forcefully resign, will they will give 3 months salary also?
