2nd Round Interview at Accenture

I appeared for round 1 of interview at Accenture last week, and was asked to select slots for 2nd level almost immediately.

I selected them on Monday but haven't heard back yet.

Do they usually schedule interviews late or can I assume I'm on the verge of being ghosted.

Also, if at all they schedule round 2, how early will they roll out an offer letter.
