2nd Job switch in 1.5 years

I am a Tier 2 MBA Graduate where I previously worked as Business Relationship Manager for 7 months. I switched to HSBC last year and have been working in the Credit Analysis Unit for 8 months now. Due to organisation restructuring and growth consolidation I am trying to look for new opportunities but I am mostly concerned about the consecutive switches in such a short period. Also my current CTC is 14LPA+Variable in Kolkata so just want to know what good options can I explore and will there be companies ready to match this pay if I keep my location priority as Kolkata. Suggestions are highly appreciated.
