Not necessarily revenue impact. Impact can be in multiple ways.

  • bug fixes
  • New features
  • mentoring and growing your team that inturn creates impact
  • internal tool that helps people automate stuff etc So on and so forth. Not every impact is measured directly in customer facing $, some are about productivity, growth etc
