Hi, were there any mandatory hours to stay in the office, on 26th January? I heard rumours, that if one doesn't stay for 9 hours. The national payout will be cancelled.

How to apply for this national payout? In our project if we work on holidays they ask us to take a day off anytime in the same month, but they don't pay us for this. I have read some policies for working in extended hours that doesn't match for what we are getting. Is this some scam to save the project budget?

So there are two options, either a comp off ( which you get) or a NSA. The decision on which one you can take depends on your Delivery partner
