26 years lost guy
I want some serious advice for a 26 year old guy. Well here is an intro of him: He is 26yrs of age right now. He passed out HS with commerce bg. Then he did some 1 year courses in computer and realised he is interested in the tech field. But, as his background was not science and to achieve that he had to do diploma in ECE and then later on achieve his lateral btech degree in ECE for another 3 years. He did above good in both diploma and btech. And now he is unemployed 2023 grad and studying DSA and everything to get into IT.
What do you think of him and will he get a job in IT and what type of company he should target where his history won't be a problem? Any suggestions and recommendations to this guy are welcome!!!
All I can suggest you is to keep applying for internships and entry level positions. TCS conducts NQT assessment tests for freshers, similarly other service based organisation do as well, apply for those as well.
There are some pay after placement institutions which would train and provide placement opportunities, you can try those as well, though placement is not guaranteed
Hackerearth, Hackerrank, etc constantly conduct hiring challenges if you have good coding skills, this may help you getting placed in decent company.

Bro he is working on his coding skills and really good than many college students and besides he is working on his skills right now and also he is dreaming big. I don't know what to tell him with that kind of history. I have suggested him about nqt. What do you think about other type of companies?
He is btech pass out is all that matters now. Dreaming big is not bad, but ye bhi dekhe ki badi chalang lagane ke chakkar me apne aap ko na fasa le. Current market ko dekho toh yehi bolunga ki jo miljae accha hai given the company is very stable at the moment

First of all get rid of the thinking that he has commerce background he is engineer now. His history won't be a problem, face interviewes and call as an ECE.
Also to give idea, people do MCA after doing B.Com and still work very well in industry
Yeah that is what I try to tell him but the uncertainty is the reason of his stress. Really low self confidence after college failed to provide him a promised job.
