2.5 years into IT with 10lpa package. I want to go into management but cannot do MBA. Suggest me ideas please. I hate doing technical stuff.

I was too thinking about the PMP certification. Can you tell more about courses? Udemy courses or courses from some universities or colleges?
My job is of a developer. I have good communication skills though but my organisation won't let me get into leadership roles since I'm into development.
