Has anyone recently done OIT, what to do if you have all the approvals but hr not responding? And how many days does it take for the whole process after approvals?

Why do you need HR approvals for OIT? As long as your DU Lead is okay, you don’t need anyone’s approval. Just work with your DU lead and PMO to create a new RRD in the destination location and lock you to that. That will automatically initiate OIT.

Speak with you PL and then your BU head. The process becomes easier if your PL is convinced with your reasoning!
