Variable pay is 15% for all JL5. You. Any change it. The CTC is good for JL5 considering you are equal or more than many Jl6 in infosys .
You will remain with 23 LPA for next 3-4years. Once you join you will get to know my comment.
They will say you are being paid as per market standards so don’t expect any hike. Even if you get outstanding rating no use.
This is reality, if you have time just take offer and start looking for other opportunities. Just keep this as option.
It’s a good package in Infy for now. You can expect about 1.21L in hand, post tax (New tax regime) and PF deductions. However don’t expect a hike for the next 2-3 years, so you may have to consider your options then. You can’t change VP% as it’s standard for JL5.
