This is Darwinian evolution of gods. Let's say some bloke invents stories with a god who repairs evil, if the people around him don't feel awestruck by such stories, the stories will not spread.
This may never have actually happened. Because the concept of a god who repairs evil may be so uninspiring that the person who thought of it kept it to himself.

Because nearly all the evil cannot be repaired.. for example if you find this gov corrupt how would you repair it?? you would have to overthrow it..You can complain and get somethings done..but not all..not everything can be repaired especially beyond a certain limit.
