220 applications. Zero interviews. Seriously, what’s happening?

~2.5 years into EY GDS, working as a Java full stack developer along with GenAI/RAG-based projects (LangChain, FastAPI, Spring Boot, etc.).

Over the last few months, I’ve put in ~220 applications with ATS friendly Resume (mostly via Naukri + LinkedIn), but haven’t had even a single interview scheduled.

Trying to understand where the gap is — resume, market conditions, exp yrs or something else. Since I’m not getting shortlisted at all, it’s difficult to figure out what’s going wrong.

Would really appreciate any insights, referrals, or honest feedback from folks who’ve gone through something similar.

There is no hiring happening now. In fact more replacement hiring is done internal shifting or thru referral. the only way you can find a job is thru referral.

HR's think like women, they want something only when others want the same thing. They all hire or dont hire - all at the same time.
