22 years and Clueless

I have completed my Btech ECE in a Tier 2 college, yet 2024 doesnt had the worst placements, i had a campus placement which is a position of Graduate Engineer Trainee in a Glass manufacturing Sector, i had to quit it, because of x reasons and toxic work culture, inspite of wasting my time and creating a Gap in my Career, i took a position of Process Associate in Genpact at 2LPA im 22 right now and been in this for 6 months , so wanted suggestions to upskill or any other Way to Grow in the Company, Thankyou !
