₹22 LPA with 3.5 YOE in an Indian MNC — Enough?

I have 3.5 years of experience in most demand tech and graduated from a Tier-1 engineering college. I recently received an offer of ₹22 LPA from lndian MNC.

Is this compensation fair and market-aligned for this experience level and skill set in 2025?

Less for a tier 1 college, unless you had a no name branch and a really bad cgpa.
