Trending @Wipro; 22 LPA Underpaid or Good ?

I am working in Health and Welfare domain as Tech Lead(B3) level with 13 years of Experience Noida location. I think I am Underpaid as per YOE. Can someone suggest what should be good package with that YOE ?

Yes ask minimum 1cr -5 cr

I am 10 YOE with 20 LPA. if I continue in wipro for next 3 Years. Then I will have around same. So in my opinion it is good. I have switched 4 companies to reach thish CTC. But If you have mastered cloud technology then sky is the limit
