I would say Europe onsite but only to switch company once you reach there. Onsite employees don’t get promotions in TCS mostly and the saving of money aspect also depend on where in Europe you are located. I suggest go to Europe then interview there and change company.

Another thing to notice is if your manager is a dick he might call you back to India and you may have to serve the 90 days notice period, but in Europe it’s 2 weeks I think.
