What do you do to stabilize amidst mood swing!
Millennial and Gen Z face mood swings due to multiple reasons.
Generally I do below stuffs...
- Listen to music or watch fav movies ๐ฟ
- Read a book ๐
- Swimming or Gym or a sprint run.
- Biking at 20kmph and 80kmph also, both have separate zones.
- Talk to parents or close friends.
- Sleep
- Sunsets or birdwatching
Attaching a snap of sunset from my today's bike trip, covered 130km in 2h. It feels so rejuvenating.
Watching reels/shorts is the last option.
What's your method for refreshment?
