On a serious note, superpower doesn't have to mean beating China so I feel we definitely have a good shot at becoming a leader in 2-3 decades. Also, any immensely new tech will always be a dice roll that can level the playing field so keep your fingers crossed.
The same way, they talked about digital India and UPI. You never know what is going to happen next decade.
