2026 promotion scenario

How about 2026 folks? Do employees who've toiled hard and given the best efforts to the project and senior resources who've had excellent contribution to the project

Will they get any promotion atleast for 2026? Will C3b get hike for 2026? I'm asking for all grades from C1 to C3B

No hike in 2026 for C3B and above ..low grade might get 5-8% hike . They want C3B and above to leave period .

I feel looking at all messages here and current scenario, C3B is the most affected grade and I don't foresee brightness ahead
