Since we're talking goals, let's define them well.

I'm 5'8 74kgs that's about ~25% body fat. My goal is to get it down to 15% while trying to keep as much of the weight as possible.

So looking a target goal of ~65-66 kgs but at 15% bf

Timeline: By Mar'25. Should be doable. ✌️

I had also the same goal, but you will be fed up of the diet routine following it for years. Then you start feeling of this is what is life. After you lose lot of body fat and stop gym you will gain weight rapidly.

I personally found power yoga. Best. Have been maintaining healthy BMI for the last 3-4 years.
