Advice: Lose Hobbies and Teaching and Volunteering, and add related achievements instead under “Extra-Curricular Achievements”
Fluff up Industry Experience: Add 3 points. Quantify each as delta improvement in whatever metric relevant to what you were working on.
Also, deploy these projects online. I would see projects rather than read about them.

- Move education at the bottom and industry/projects/achievements at top
- Add a bio - a 2-3 line intro about you just below the name
- Add colors - black and white seems bland. Add tech colors like blue to instantly differentiate your resume
- Add links to the portfolio/projects (once they are online)
