Trending @Infosys; 2025 Batch Fresher | Project Allocation in DNA Analytics – Is This Normal?
Hi everyone, I’m a 2025 batch graduate and joined Infosys on Sept 15 as a Digital Specialist Engineer (DSE) in the DNA – Analytics unit. Since joining, I haven’t received any project interview calls yet. My allocation status has been showing “Training” since Oct 15, and my manager mentioned that until I get a project, the system will continue to show training and not bench. I wanted to understand from seniors and peers in DNA Analytics: 1.How difficult is it generally to get a project in this unit?
2.Is this waiting period normal for freshers?
3.Any suggestions on what I should actively do to improve my chances (skills, certifications, internal portals, networking, etc.)?

Proactively reach out to managers from your unit on Teams and politely enquire about any open positions. Share a one-page profile highlighting your skills, mention that you’re willing to reskill if required, and actively scan for opportunities on IJP as well.
Is there any way to know or identify the managers across different teams in the DNA unit using Teams? Additionally, I have shared my single-page resume with the TPD team, but I haven’t received a response so far.
