Whats ur pay grade? For 22 -25 around only 4-6% hike was given. Vp from 10-19%

I was in the promotion race from level 9 to level 8, but my promotion was put on hold as a woman was also in the race, moving from level 10 to level 9, and priority was given to women empowerment initiatives. However, I have been assured that I will receive my promotion in the June cycle, as the promotion timeline has been shifted to then.
