Trending @Infosys; 2022-2023 Ratings and Layoffs. 2023-2024 Layoffs?
From my understanding and noticing among my friends group 2022-2023 last year, the layoffs have been done according to the following ratings,
5 - Underperforming. Forced resignation. Both the employees on the bench as well as in projects.(Even for managers)
4 - Needs improvement: PIP and forced resignation for employees in Bench. For project people, there is a lesser chance to lay off.
3 - Met expectation: Mandatory certification for bench people in classrooms. If they don't have cleared. They will be in PIP. If they don't cleared PIP too, then forced resignation. For employees in the project, there are no issues.
Let's see for 2023-2024 ratings.

I got Needs Improvement rating but I was in project last year. No one asked me for PIP. I was eager that if I get forced resignation then it would be good as I don't need ti serve 3 months notice period and I can join other company immediately but it didn't happened 🥲.

Yeah, but only basic pay for 3 months u might receive.

Yes this time as well there will manadatory NI and UPs
