20+ years exp, how to job hunt?
I am 20 years exp and fully technical and hands on. Am at C4 in TCS and don't really do much managerial duties. More like technical architect role where I still code too and handle technical team members. TCS is my 3rd company and have been here for little over 3.5 years. How exactly should I do job hunting? I am trying to get in touch with ex-colleagues etc whom I know and trying. But want to try more and how.
Any suggestions appreciated.
After c4 level , you need to contribute to bring business to company. If you are capable you can target engineering manager role in product company. Thrid option is start your own company. All work you mentioned is able to get done by 12plus year of experience. Than why should I want to hair 20 year exp with 40plys lakhs salary
