20-30 LPA in consulting

Hi all , I am a fresher and recently I have been seeing alot of reviews of people in consulting claiming to have CTC of 20-33LPA . Wanted to know what is the differenciation factor and how can one reach at that stage of pay scale . Because as of now as per my knowledge analyst is paid 6LPA and any consultant is paid 15 LPA or so in any Big 4.
