2 years SDE from a startup looking for opportunity need your suggestions

Joined in a startup as a fresher (SDE) , it is a remote job. Now I have no networks who can help me by referring, because of that tried applying through career portal no calls yet. Can anyone help me here like how should approach job hunting?
