2 years is a good time to consider switching

If the organisation is not too toxic, one should try to spend at least 2 years.

And then based on their experience & aspirations, one can decide whether to stay or switch.

In general they are.

But it depends a lot on the person's situation and aspirations.

If one is getting one or more of good learning, good WLB, good Pay then they can stay longer as well.

But 2 years is a sweet spot to evaluate whether to stay or switch.
