It’s your mistake to remain without projects for long. First get into a project and start contributing and learning at the same time, meanwhile make use of learning ecosystem in TCS its awesome

Surprised 😯 two years on bench.Hard to believe.

RMG doesn't keep associate on bench that long infact they forcefully align employee to some other project if someone taking long time to get into the project.

Can RMG really keep associate on bench this long?

@Dondondon No bro not true... RMG started forcing everyone to take a random project or leave or simply put them in PIP... Now barely some of them are on bench..😅

I would like to understand how did you manage to be on bench for 2 years? Is this even possible? Did RMG not pressurise you to leave ? Or I guess, it was their inability to give you appropriate project?

I really don't understand how can someone be on bench for that long. During my entire tenure in TCS, I haven't had the opportunity to be on bench for more than 2 weeks. Thereafter you start facing the pressure from RMG. I really want to know how you guys manage that. Is it deliberate?

Go to knome website and check out the openings posted by the managers on that page where you can contact them according to your requirement! Good luck!
