2 years experience in Big data, thinking to switch

Hello everyone, I have completed 2 years in Capgemini as a fresher. Working in big data technology. But no hike even in the appraisal cycle. thinking about switching to another company, will I get a job with just 2 years experience. Kindly help me as I am worried. Should I switch or stay here with the same salary.

2 yrs is just the right to switch. You should have switched already if you felt stuck, but even now, start appearing for interviews right away.
