2 months since layoff, need opinion

14 yoe combined in system programming and embedded systems. Embedded being dominant for 8 years. Lay off happened in Jan first week this year. No luck since then. Despite number 14, I am not into management, involved in day to day coding alongside the lead role. I need all your opinions on options I am thinking about. Please vote and share your opinion.
